Happy Korean New Year :)
Korean New Year, ‘Seol-Nal’ means lunar New Year`s Day and it is a national holiday.
This holiday last for three days.
In first day, all family members are gathered and make some foods
such as ddeok-huk, gal-bi, san-jeok, and guk-su.
In second day, after all foods are prepared,
all family members perform `Cha-rye` which means an ancestor memorial rite.
Finishing `Cha-rye`, children perform a New Year`s bow to their seniors that include uncles, aunts, parents, and grandparents.
Then, their seniors give children some money in return for a New Year`s bow.
During this holiday, people wear a traditional cloth, `Han-bok`,
Dog and Cat Korean New Year Costumes are available in Fundle
